TUESDAY - YES Young Enlightened Souls
A Young Adults (20's & 30's) Meditation Fellowship
Every Tuesday — 7:00-9:00pm
A meditation & teaching series for Young Adults (20's
& 30's) facilitated
by David Morcom, Christina Clark and
trained Young Adult co-facilitators.
Each evening will include beginner-friendly walking
and sitting meditation, a song or two, Dharma teachings, sharing
& discussion, and refreshments afterwards. All Young Adults
(20's & 30's) are encouraged to participate.
WEDNESDAY - Interbeing Sangha
Every Wednesday — 7:30-9:00pm
A meditation group practicing and studying the teachings of
Thich Nhat Hanh. Our group practice consists of two sitting
meditations, walking meditation, singing/chanting and a dharma
talk or study. Facilitated
by Bobbie Perkins and other trained
5 Mindfulness Trainings - On the first Wednesday of
each month, we will recite the 5
Mindfulness Trainings during our gathering.
